LET'S CONNECT CORN TO ISSUES AROUND THE WORLD!

Our corn subsidies are getting us in BIG trouble. And it's not just us, but the world is in trouble due to our low reserves. The fuel "shortages" are related more to corn than to what's going on in the Middle East!  Well, you can check it out here.

I can't wait to read all your blogs tomorrow. I'll comment on all your blogs tomorrow during the day. :)

  1. Wow! That's unbelievable that using corn as fuel and food shortages around the world are indirect causes of the crisis in the middle east.

  2. It seems like we have a big problem here. If the article is correct, the $1.40 price increase on gas due to the re-allocation of corn to a food source would be devastating. But also devastating is the fact that there is not enough food going which is feeding anger and protests and potentially destabilizing countries. Seems like we need to get the corn subsidy problem worked out some time soon.
